Loan Signing Fees

All notary services shall be performed in strict accordance with the laws of the state of California.

I do not work on a contingency basis. I am paid for my time and expertise. All notary service fees shall be paid in advance by cash, cashier's check ot through PayPal. Payment shall be delivered with the loan documents or paid in advance through PayPal. Any documents arriving without the full agreed upon payment will result in no service and no further contact with the signing service.

Signing a single set of Loan Documents 1 copy for lender & 1 copy for Customers	$225.00 + Travel Fees
Signing additional Loan Documents per set	$75.00
Emergency Signing (less than 24 hour notice or 10PM-7AM)	add $60.00
All mileage is based on mapquest from Winnetka Av/Roscoe Bl., Winnetka, Ca. 91306 . Mileage is computed one way.

Signing completed 31-50 milesone way from Winnetka, California.	add $75.00
Signing completed 51-75 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	add $125.00
Signing completed 76-100 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	add $150.00
Signing completed 100-125 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	add $175.00
Signing completed 126 miles or more one way from Winnetka, California.	add $175.00 + $1.50 per mile over 125
Appointment within service area cancels less than one hour of appointment	$125.00
Appointment within service area cancels same day one hour or more of appointment	$35.00
Appointment outside the service area cancels less than two hours of appointment	$125.00

Appointment outside the service area cancels same day more than two hours appointment	$35.00
Notary meets with customer, but customer refuses to sign	Full Fee
Notary waits for 30 minutes, customer no shows	Full Fee
Notary prints Docs on laser printer, per set (1copy lender & 1 copy customer) NOTARY NO LONGER OFFERS THIS SERVICE Note: Email Doc fee is due when the Docs are printed even if the job is canceled.
Notary error which results in a second signing	$00.00
All revisits other than Notary error, Includes Lender or Title Company-Omission, Lender or Title Company Redraw	Same as original Fee
Notary will report the completion status of every signing no later than 9 am PST the business day following the appointment. Notary shall provide this information by email	$00.00

Pick up or delivering Docs Mileage computed from Winnetka Av/Roscoe Bl, Winnetka 91306	Add 1.50 per mile traveled X2=
FedEx, UPS, or USPS with Prepaid Shipping Fees:	add $25.00
Notary will not pay fees. This service is avaliable only with prepaid fees.
Detention Facilities, Jails and Prisons for first three hours.	add $200.00
Add an additional $50.00 for each hour or portion of an hour over 3 hours=
Hospitals and Care facilities	add $150.00
Holiday signings within the primary service area only Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve	add $300.00
Holiday signings Christmas Day, New Year's Day & Easter Sunday - available throughout Southern California	add $350.00
All other California or Federal holiday signings	add $150.00
